During 2024 QACLF will reopen the Holiday Candlelight tour and introduce new grants for historic preservation and cultural tourism programs in Queen Anne's County.

We are an all volunteer organization. 100% of the proceeds of your generous donation goes to benefit the community, to events, grants and to historic preservation projects.  

 

Historic preservation is important because it helps maintain the cultural heritage and identity of a community. By preserving historic sites and buildings, we honor the stories and experiences of those who came before us. This practice not only enhances the aesthetic value of neighborhoods but also promotes tourism and economic development. Ultimately, historic preservation fosters a sense of pride and connection among residents, ensuring that future generations can appreciate and learn from their history.
